SHIPPING

How we ship

•      All parcels are sent via NZ Post. We can only generate labels and ship on weekdays.

•      Garments are typically posted 2-5 days before your event on overnight courier. Friday/weekend orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday, allowing at least 2 days on overnight courier.

•      You'll receive a tracking number by email or text once your order is packed - please contact us if you haven't received it.

•      All postal rentals include a prepaid return satchel.
